The airport shuttle comes if you call them from the airport and everything about the hotel is absolutely fantastic actually and the breakfast is surprisingly fantastic My one reservation is some of the reception staff seemed very unhappy. I think they need to treat them better probably by management.

Everything is above average. Cleaning, staffing, proximity to airport and good local beverages choices nearby.

Convenient for the airport with the free shuttle. Room was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool wasn’t open due to maintenance which wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again.

Room was very clean , Breakfast is continental. Airport drop is available as well as pick up. Which we took Uber from the airport

Lovely stay. Surprising that it only has 2 stars! Clean hotel, modern and spacious rooms, staff is lovely. The bed is beyond comfortable! Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Toronto.

Excellent location for airport and travelling into Toronto with great breakfast and friendly and welcoming staff, rooms very clean, modern and spacious with plenty of onsite free and safe parking.

This is a superbly run hotel. The reception staff are very efficient and intuitive to guest needs. This hotel Has everything you could possibly need. Free light breakfast, tea coffee hot drinks, water machine, usb in room in case you forgot Adaptors. The staff work very hard to keep this place in ship shape. The room was spotless. The staff are so friendly . As for other guests that can’t be helped unfortunately they were hosting a loud wedding party but one call to reception resolved the noise...

I liked everything about this hotel most especially the breakfast.

The hotel was very well cleaned, the rooms smell a bit but overall very clean and tidy. Room was cleaned everyday expect the bedding. Coffee 24/7 and in the morning you get a granola bar. Very noisy from the highway.

Lovely hotel in great condition. Staff very helpful

We had a fantastic experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle service was a great bonus and made getting around so much easier. A special mention to Khalid at reception, who was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, excellent service, lovely staff and a great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here...

Location was brilliant and we upgraded to a suite and got a corner one which had a great view of the skyline and part of the Toronto sign.

Efficient check in, very comfortable bed, and a super welcome and selection of food and drink at breakfast. Would absolutely stay again, great value for money and convenient location for the airport.
