While the actual room was nice and the price was fine. However during checking the parking instructions were not clear and required extra time and effort to just park where we paid to park. Then the instructions to our room had mislabeled what elevator we needed to take plus when we get the right set of elevators 2 of the 3 we're out of commission causing a long wait. Finally the room was mislabeled and the couch did not fold out as expected. The location itself is great but the many complications made this stay frustrating.

Clean room, comfy bed. The SHOWER was AMAZING! I was able to wash some clothing quickly before a show. It's located in a perfect place close to food places, and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to the subway lines. The restaurants by the place are also really nice. It was perfect stay and comfortable.

"Stayed during a strike. 3 hours to enter property. Pool shut. But inside staff could not have been nicer. Im sure they got the brunt of people's frustration. Still it was a menace and a nuisance to not easily come and go as you pleased. Skipped a jays game cause i didn't want to wait another three ..."
