"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very convenient to the exhibition centre. Carpark directions and space shapes are certainly... creative. But plenty of space as long you don't follow the arrows that point to nowhere."

The only downside was having to pay £36 for 2 nights parking within the hotel grounds A paying customer shouldn't be billed for this and I only found out about this the day before we arrived ."

"A bit of a maze to find rooms, including going outside to use external steps to some rooms. Clean room and helpful staff. The furniture in Reception was a little worse for wear and some of the paintwork could do with a touch up. The welcome cookie was excellent."
