"Olivia on reception was amazing,She fixed me with a de luxe lakeside room at 12 pm ,so I didn’t have to wait until 3pm checking.The Hotel staff are helpful and kind,The location is superb,breakfast was delicious.I slept like a baby."

"Nice little find…. Greeted by lovely staff. Room clean and nicely decorated, looked out to a magnificent view. Impressed with the bar and conservatory and again the view. Had a long journey so we decided to eat a evening meal at the hotel. Was not disappointed, the food was superb. Enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna the following day. Very clean, could not fault. Left the hotel feeling very satisfied with our choice and would love to return again. Ideal area if you want to visit the ‘Clarkson Empire’ and Cotswolds."
