"Very friendly and helpful staff; the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. There's a nice bar and restaurant for evening meals (fish and chips is quite good). Breakfast is continental, but there is a nice variety of cereals and toast and other items. The internet was quite good, by British standards."

"What a lovely friendly hotel. We were welcomed the minute we arrived-we asked to see the room on arrival as we had been dissappointed on the last hotel we had seen. The young gentleman on reception was great and couldn’t have been more helpful. We checked in then left for our planned day. On our return later in the evening we were greeted by a lovely lady who couldn’t have been more helpful. The following morning we had breakfast which was great and so was the service - a lovely lady. If you’re planning a stay here - do it! You won’t be disappointed with this clean lovely place to stay in Wales with great friendly staff. We are planning another stay there later in the year when next come to wales. Thank you everyone"
