"We had a very lovely stay. The room was brilliant— dulex double ! The view was stunning. We loved that it was out a bit but still close to Dumfries for a wee wander."

"Very cosy hotel. Wee bit dated although the bedroom was really nice and spacious. Meal was nice. Table very sticky which meant the cutlery and menus were actually stuck to it. Needs new tables. Breakfast was very good. We were attending a wedding so could have done with a full length mirror in the room. There’s plenty space for one. Very comfortable bed. Staff were great. Would have no qualms about staying here again. Thank you"

"We stayed just the one night. The staff were very friendly and eager to provide good service. We enjoyed a pleasant drink on the lovely patio overlooking the river followed by a tasty meal in the bar. Breakfast was excellent . Our room was fairly basic with quite a small ensuite . The WiFi was good. We were pleased with our stay which represented good value."

"lovely two night stay in the very reasonably priced Kings Arms Hotel, Lockerbie. The staff were very helpful & friendly and the room was newly refurbished and decorated. Dinner was delicious - I would recommend the steak pie !"

"Lovely little hotel. Room had loads of space and the beds were really comfortable. Staff are very friendly and were always willing to help. Food in the bar downstairs is really nice. Would definitely recommend and stop again."
