"Second time at this cottage - beautiful scenery. Away from everything- which is what we wanted. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic hot tub. You can walk to the local pub, but it’s not the easiest walk - no path and up hill on way back, but do a nice meal. It is so peaceful and has amazing views. Will definitely go back again."

"A super little holiday cottage in Stranrear which is handy for exploring the area. Immaculately clean with helpful extras provided like towels and milk. Fresh flowers and chocolates were an added bonus. Cottage was warm and comfortable with a lovely garden and sun room and the kitchen had more than everything we needed. Plenty of parking and LIDL is just next door."

"Old elegant hotel. Yes a bit worn in places but spotlessly clean. Food fantastic. Views and grounds are spectacular. Very dog friendly. Rooms spacious and warm Pool good. No spa. Golf right on your doorstep. Staff helpful. Annie at reception especially so. Lovely walks and close to beaches and cute towns. Lacked atmosphere in the dining room and bar areas. All in all great value for money and a restful few days. Planning to return."
