"Superb service from all of the staff, especially the Manava restaurant. Very quiet room and amazing family apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Great range of food options in the Manava restaurant but the food everywhere was brilliant. Wi-Fi is great everywhere even on the beach. As the resort is so huge there are buggies to transport you if needed. Fantastic gym and pool side service. Can’t fault anything! Great experience!"
"A stunning hotel and our family adjoining rooms were perfect for the 6 of us. It can feel busy in the buffet restaurants but having imperial club access for a quieter breakfast, private beach area and afternoon/early evening drinks and snack can help avoid that if you prefer. "One of my favorite hotel stays, ever (I travel extensively staying at hundreds of hotels, so that is a meaningful statement). The staff was attentive and accommodating of all requests, going above and beyond throughout my stay. The sea-view room was spacious and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of Dubai’s water and city sky-line. The rooftop pool was gorgeous both day and night, with fanstastic wait-staff on hand for food and drinks. Beach access is included (my son and I enjoyed a swim there along with a nice iced latte on beach chairs under an umbrella on our last day). And finally: the location is about as good as it gets in Dubai if you want to enjoy both the mainland city and the Palm island. The Palm View and the monorail is across the street at the Nakheel mall (the latter of which we made great use of to get to the Aquaventure waterpark nearby). After several nights, we checked out of the hotel both relaxed and energized. "
"The hotel was very nice, with plenty of choice when it comes to dining, relaxing and activities. Menu options in Flow Kitchen (Half Board Buffet-style) were extensive and food quality was great. There was a really good option to dine-around in other restaurants, some with surcharge, but not all. Fairmont is well-located, it's within short walking distance of a small mall and just a little further on is the larger Nakheel mall. As with many Palm hotels, the beach isn’t great and the water is a little stagnant. But, there are plenty of pool options to choose from. Staff in rhe Gold Lounge are worthy of special mention, and staff throughout the hotel were friendly, talkative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again"
