The pools/ Beach Access and customer service is always on point. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have their normal breakfast(the best on the Palm) we had to go to a neighboring hotel due to issues in the Middle East. But they had an Awesome spread for Easter. It was a nice time to get away and have fun with friends.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us
