"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"
"The hotel is perfectly positioned in the centre of Lancaster for shops, bars and pubs. Check in was very easy.
Don't know if it was the building, but getting mobile data signal in the room was difficult - make sure you know what the Wifi code is before going in! Ideally having it in the room somewhere would've been really useful!"
"Loved the location, friendly welcome , well presented , gorgeous , spacious room , onsite parking us a bonus (didn’t use it) will definitely look to stay here again now I know there is parking , great room facilities "
"Really good location right in the centre, lovely warm room and good shower, three separate beds so great for families with older children. Shower could have been more powerful and the communal access to all room keys felt a bit off putting. Lovely staff and nice and clean. "

"Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom (and power shower) with tea & coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a really powerful fan (needed in this warm weather). Slept well even though there was a pub nearby as it felt pretty quiet when the windows were closed. Smart TV was great as I could log intomall my own chanels. Only minor point was there was nowhere to hang up clothes - I think there was a nook for it, so maybe the rail was just missing. No problem for me as I only stayed one night.
Overall I would definitely recommend due to comfort and great location."
"Lovely room, spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed
Nice size bathroom with complimentary soaps, shampoos etc
All rooms on first floor so could be an issue if you have mobility problems
Royal hotel bar/ restaurant quite busy so would recommend booking if you want to dine in. Food quality was excellent and a great service given.
Decent size car park across the road, always found a space to park even when it was busy in the bar
I would have no hesitation staying here again if I am in the area"
"Comfortable enough and good for what we needed, place to stay in town centre for daughters graduation. Flat had everything you could need for a family stay. An option to rent another parking space would be good as we had more than one car."
"I speak on behalf of my family who stayed here. They had a slight problem accessing the key to the apartment but contact with Paul quickly sorted this out for them. They found the apartment spacious and comfortable and felt it was a good space for two people . All facilities easy to access and use such as TV Wi-Fi etc. Theyhad a problem with the bedside lamps which they could not turn on. Very pleased with the beds , comfortable , good nights sleep . Plenty of facilities , very pleased with security and quietness of the building. Two bathrooms including a walk in shower was appreciated. A nice view from the balcony of castle and river. "
