Our boiler broke during a sub zero temperature week and we needed somewhere quick. The team (Dale in particular) were super friendly and helpful. Apartment is really nicely designed and decorated. Only challenge we found was the temperature. We ended up with the radiators off and the skylights open in the bedroom which was on an upper floor from the living room.
