"Everyone pleasant and polite. Room was nice but it was hot even with the fan they provided. Breakfast was okay but food provided for the buffet breakfast was, as is true of most help yourself breakfasts, luke warm"
Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

"We stayed here for 3 nights while my husband was recuperating from being in hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful (especially as we had to make an amendment to our booking for medical reasons). The hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room. The bed was big and extremely comfortable, as were the pillows (quite rare in hotels from our experience). We ate in the restaurant on one evening and in the bar area on another and both times were very happy with the quality of food and service. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of food and drink options. Use of the spa facilities were an added bonus."
