It is a very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good! Reasonably priced. We didn't have a chance to explore the facilities that the hotel has so I can't comment on it. I would definitely consider staying there again next time!
My hotel of choice in Telford. Great rooms, relaxed friendly atmosphere and fantastic menu. Really comfortable feel to the place and employees extremely friendly which is v important when travelling alone.
Extremely difficult to find access to car park not enough signs from the road, the hotel sign should be on the side also as nothing faces the front of the hotel apart from a wall,
Catered for families perfectly. Was clean and is situation in a great location for the city centre (walking) and all the local attractions.
When I checked in I was greeted by an extremely friendly couple who were obviously experience in the hospitality trade. The aim of this family team was to make my stay as good as they could. I will be back.
The much need refurbishment has bought this hotel back to to level it used to be when Mr Wilson owned it.. Perfect place to say to explore the Wrekin and surrounding Ercall Woods. Good quality breakfast and clean comfortable rooms.
The market town of Telford is the largest town in the county of Shropshire, attracting visitors throughout the year. Business travellers come here for conferences and conventions at The International Centre, and the town has plenty of choice when it comes to accommodation, from three star chain hotels to country house hotels and B&Bs.
Convenience is key when you're travelling on business, so town-centre hotels such as the Holiday Inn or Ramada are ideal if you're attending a conference at The International Centre. With free parking, these hotels are within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, with a range of amenities for business guests, including 24-hour business centres, meeting rooms and WiFi. Other options available to choose from include four star country house hotels and independent hotels and B&Bs, for those who prefer more traditional surroundings.
The International Centre is just over a mile from Telford Central Station, with on-site parking available. Staying in the town centre puts you within easy walking distance of Telford Shopping Centre, where you can pick up anything you need for your meetings, as well as a range of chain restaurants and independent cafes for a spot of lunch or a business dinner with clients. Telford Town Park is also nearby, ideal for a morning run or lunchtime stroll between meetings.
