"Waited 45 minutes for food then to be told they gave me an old menu and no longer had what I ordered Bedroom wall was paper thin,could hear everything next door"

"Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Pillows were terrible. Floors created and shower water got stuck on scalding and needed to be fixed. All over very disappointing stay. "

"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a bit of an issue as we arrived later in the afternoon. Hotel was pleasant for a one night stay but small room and a large stain on the carpet greeted us as we opened the door to enter. Had all the amenities necessary."
