"A great house with loads of space in a very quiet neighbourhood. The living space is comfortable and the beds are good quality. The kitchen was a little empty to our needs… The biggest problem with the rental of this house was the very complicated check in, the unexpected deposit(in dollars), the mistakes ( different codes given etc…), the useless app and the time taken to get an answer…"

Although I did not receive any check in information prior to my arrival, I had to wait in the rain at 10pm at night for around 15 mins waiting for somebody to answer the phone to give me the lockbox combination. Once I gained access to the property, there was no actual key that is given, all you get is a combination lock that is shared with another flat.
