"Sehr schöne Villa optimale Aufteilung für große Familien oder 2 Familien mir sehr viel Platz. Die Villa war sehr sauber und der Pool und das Wasser wurden alle 2 Tage sauber gemacht. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung."

"We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. The house is very nice, having all needed things or even more then is needed (there was also needle and thread :)) . Kitchen is full of stuff. Pool is filtered all the time, water crystal clear in perfect...

"The property is very beautiful and great for children (donkey, chickens, turtles, games, beach volleyball court, etc.). The swimming pool is large, clean and very warm thanks to the very generous climate. The owners are discreet but very available if needed. And you can taste their local production (wine, grappa, ..) Shops nearby (dairy, cheese dairy, butcher, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). It is an ideal base for visiting the region (Pula, Rovijn, Porec, Brijuni, East Coast,...

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend."

"Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, mitten in Novigrad. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und auch nach ein paar Metern am Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss eine große Wohnküche, oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation. Wir haben unser Auto an der Sporthalle abgestellt, da es dort am günstigsten ist, da musste man ca. 15 min hin laufen. Parken direkt an der Ferienwohnung ist nicht...

"We had a great stay in the property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood which has a mixture of local and holiday properties. The apartment was just right for two people. The beach is minutes away, and a few restaurants within a short walk. Easy access to Rovinj on foot or by car, although it is a 35 minute walk. There is a local store around the corner which is okay for essentials. There is a new Kaufland supermarket 5 minutes away by car which is excellent. Jadankra the property owner was on site...

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "
