Lovely clean villa situated in a quiet location, easy drive to some lovely towns - Rovinj, Porec, Pula are well worth a visit. The villa was well stocked and the outside pool area was nice for enjoying some sun and relaxation. Marijana was available and helpful for any queries.

Perfect rural stay for family
A beautiful property, well finished & well equipped. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms & open plan living downstairs.
The best bit is the outside living area with big dining table, BBQ area, pool, pool loungers & garden (with play area).
Marijana (the host) was very friendly & helpful - the little extras eg vegetables from her garden & local wine were Nice touches & appreciates. Her English was excellent & communication was very good.
The villa was perfect for our family holiday on the Istrian peninsula. Great location for touring the area.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool and outdoor area
We loved our stay at Villa Marijana! The villa was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and everything we could possibly need. The outside area and pool were lovely with plenty of sun loungers for our group of 8 and the children loved having a garden area with trampoline in addition to the pool. We spent several evenings in Porec which is really lovely and only about a 10 minute drive away. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they were so welcoming and living nearby they were always on hand to answer any questions or offer advice on places to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone visiting Istria. We hope to return!

Perfekt
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war perfekt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Am Anreisetag waren wir schon um die Mittagszeit in Porec und konnten dann kurzfristig auch zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Gekühlte Getränke zum Empfang, selbst produzierten Honig und Olivenöl zum Abschied, was will man mehr. 😉 Vielen Dank nochmals.
Die Lage und das Haus sind perfekt. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, war Ende September aber schon etwas erfrischend. Für das Auto ist ein Carport vorhanden, was in den Sommermonaten sicher auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Last but not least, das WLAN arbeitet schnell und zuverlässig. Gerne wieder.
Empfehlung: die Pizzeria in Tinjan!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Bilder geben die Unterkunft sehr gut wieder. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden um den Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Istrien 2022
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und schön im Landesinneren und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In Tinjan (ca. 4 KM entfernt) findet sich die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein sehr gutes Restaurant.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und herzliche Gastfamilie
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat uns auch Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge gegeben. Als die Spülmaschine defekt war hat sie schnell reagiert und den Service bestelkt, was dann auch kurz darauf wieder behoben war. Sehr zu empfehlen😀

Perfect holiday home
Very nice owner who helps you with everything. The house is big, clean and well equiped. Airco up-and downstairs was welcome in this hot summer and I could park my car in the shadow.
