This holiday home is a beautifully restored Istrian stone house with a large garden and a cozy covered terrace. The house is located in central Istria in Smoljanci, a small and quiet village. The well-known resort of Rovinj is about 13 km away. The holiday home guarantees a private atmosphere because of a stone wall that is not visible from the outside. On the property you will not only find the private pool, but also many green plants that spoil you with their Mediterranean aroma and therefore offer relaxation for body and soul. During the construction of the house, attention was paid to every detail and every stone on the house was worked by hand. House for 8 + 1 people: approx. 160 m² on three floors. The warm and tastefully decorated interior welcomes you as a home away from home. The ground floor has an open-plan living room with dining area and a direct exit to the outside terrace with dining area. A fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your needs. The bathroom with shower / toilet is also on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. In the attic there is a large bedroom with double bed and two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a living room with TV and couch (140x180; suitable for one person). Other: The house is equipped with WiFi and there are private parking spaces available. For guests of the holiday home Mona Lisa there is free opportunity for a nice N.P. Brijuni and Dolphin boat trips departing from Pula. Up to 6 bicycles can be rented free of charge. House Mona Lisa was just what we needed! The perfect house in the most picturesque and charming place. We loved every moment including the pool, the fresh tomatoes in the garden, the bbq and the medieval festival in Svetvincenat. The host family was very helpful and their dolphin cruise in Pula was magical. The house was clean and spacious and the perfect location for day trips to Bale, Rovinj and Pula. Wir waren als Paar mit Hund für 7 Nächte zu Gast und haben endlich unsere Lieblingsunterkunft gefunden. Der Pool, der Garten mit frischen Feigen, Trauben, Granatäpfeln und Rosmarin, die Außenküche mit traditionellem Steinglill und Gasgrill sowie großem extra Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler - besser geht es nicht. In einem ruhigen Dorf perfekt gelegen (30 Autiminuten nach Pula sowie auch nach Rovinji) hat man absolut seine Ruhe und fühlt sich dennoch nicht zu abgelegen, sondern sicher und zuhause. Empfehlenswert ist auch die 5 Autominuten entfernte Pizzeria Palace, die stellen so manchen Italiener in den Schatten. Das Haus ist perfekt sauber, es ist alles da, Öl, Salz, Zucker, Mehl, Holz zum Grillen - und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und sehr herzlich. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden. Kurzgefasst: - Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet - Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Sehr sauber - Großes Grundstück mit viel Platz, auch für die Hunde Tolle Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden, amn sollte allerdings ein Auto vor Ort haben. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Ruhig gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die große Terrasse und der Grill. Die Hunde waren auch willkommen und konnten sich frei im Garten bewegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er bietet eine Bootsfahrt ab Pula an, um Delphine zu sehen (unbedingt empfehlenswert!). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat super bequeme Betten, eine tolle Küche und ein traumhaftes Grundstück. Da sind Kirschen, frischer Salat, Zucchini, Feigen, Tomaten und vieles mehr, was man frisch ernten und essen darf. Der Hof ist eingezäunt und war perfekt geeignet auch für unseren Retriever. Der Außenbereich um den Pool mit den überdachten Terassen, Holz- und Gasgrill sowie eigenem Kühlschrank, ist perfekt für entspannte Spielabende. Auch der beheizte Pool selbst war ein Traum für die Kids und wir sind kaum ans Meer gefahren. Die Städte Pula und Rovinj sind jeweils in 20 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Restaurants und Supermärkte in 10\. Die Delfintour war ein Highlight nicht nur für unsere Kinder. Wir haben viele dieser tollen Tiere gesehen und die 3-Std Tour sehr genossen. Auch das Essen und Trinken an Board war super. Man genießt als Villa-Gast quasi einen VIP-Status!! Sanja und Christian waren immer sehr nett und freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub und Ausflugsziele gegeben. Das Haus und alles was dazugehört ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Kontakt zu den Vermietenden ist super, deutschsprachig und sehr nett. Vorhandene größere Mängel (defekte Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher) wurden in Form von Neuanschaffung sofort beseitigt. Leider ab es viele kleine Mängel wie z.B. lose Toilettendeckel, abfallende Türklinken, zusätzliche Toilette im 1.OG nicht benutzbar, Duschkopf der Gartendusche defekt. Es gibt leider in der nahen Umgebung sehr viele Hunde, welche tagsüber ständig bellen. Wenn einer mal aufhört, fängt der nächste an. Es ist also durchgehend eine bellende Kulisse vorhanden, welche irgendwann mal richtig nervt. Der Pool ist super und die große Grillterrasse wurde von uns oft genutzt. Die durch die Vermietenden angebotene Bootsfahrt sollte man auf jeden Fall mit machen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Delfinwatchtour mit einem sehr schönen Sonnenuntergang auf dem Meer. Dort lernt man dann auch die sehr nette Vermieterin kennen, mit welcher wir sonst nur telefonischen Kontakt hatten. Fazit: Ich würde das Haus nochmal buchen ##### Jörg S. Das Haus und die Anlage hat eine optimale Größe. Die obere Etage haben wir als reine Kinderetage genutzt, was unsere Jungs sehr gut fanden. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass es für die Hunde auch optimal war. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir wurden gut über die Umgebung und Aktivitäten informiert. Eine Bootstour, die vom Vermieter angeboten wurde, konnten wir kostenlos nutzen. Es hat uns allen gut gefallen und wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. ##### Kirsten P. Toilette war leider defekt, diese hätten wir bei 9 Personen brauchen können. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Bootsfahrt war sehr schön und gratis. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Kleiner Dorfladen erst in der nächsten Ortschaft. Ansonsten ca 20 Kilometer bis zum nächsten Supermarkt oder zum Strand. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich viel Mühe geben. Ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. ##### Matthias B. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand und war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist traumhaft, die Sitzgelegenheiten sehr entspannend und der Garten sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Einzig die kostenlosen Bootsfahrten sind an uns vorbeigegangen. Wir haben die Tage im wunderschönen Steinhaus mit tollem Pool und Aussenbereich sehr genossen. Super nette aufmerksame Vermieterin, die für alle Fragen und Tipps ansprechbar war. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und uneinsehbar und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Dorf Smoljanci ist ganz klein und beschaulich. Erwähnt werden muss auch noch die 3 stündige kostenlose Delfintour mit dem Boot, ein tolles Erlebnis!! Vielen Dank für alles!! ##### Sabrina S. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Angelika B. 26 Jun 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wunderschöne Urlaubstage Wir (5 Erwachsene - Oma, Opa, Tante, Mutter, Vater-, zwei Kinder - 3 und 6 Jahre - und ein Labrador) haben zwei erholsame Wochen in dem Haus verbracht, das genau so ist, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Es ist genügend Platz und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist traumhaft. Die Terrassen perfekt, um die Mahlzeiten draußen einnehmen zu können und gemütliche Spielabende miteinander zu verbringen. Im weiteren Garten durften wir alles ernten, was reif war: Zucchini, Aprikosen, Kirschen, … Als es einmal ein Abfluss-Problem gab, wurde dies umgehend behoben. Wir haben uns alle sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Entfernung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden wurde durch frühere Mitteilungen schon beschrieben und können bestätigt werden. Alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar. Dieses Haus können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub mit lauter zufrieden Teilnehmern. ##### Angelika B. Sanja und ihr Mann waren sehr lieb und nett und immer da wenn man was brauchte (Sanja spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch was kein muss ist, aber sicherlich angenehm war), was aber nicht oft vorkam da eigentlich rundum alles da ist was man benötigt. Der beheizte Pool war super für die Kinder, das Haus so wie beschrieben inkl. Bilder und die wichtigsten Orte gut und innerhlab 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool war gerade für die Kinder ein Traum. Das beheizen hat zwar 20,-€/Tag gekostet, ist aber sein Geld wert ( waren im Oktober da). Tischtennisplatte und Dart wurden von uns häufig genutzt. Fahrräder sind nicht mehr die neuesten aber durchaus benutzbar. Es gibt neben dem Holzkohlegrill auch noch einen Gasgrill. Auch für den Kamin im Haus war ausreichend Holz da. Von der Ortschaft aus kann man innerhalb von 25-45 min alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Pula - Porec - Rovinj - Pazin etc ) erreichen. Die Delfintour war der absolute Hammer. Auch die Verpflegung (gegrillte Makrele, Wein, Fanta etc) auf dem Schiff war super. Als Feriengast der Familie hat man VIP-Status. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich und haben uns einige Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Am 3 Tag haben wir vom Vermieter 3Kg frische Doraden direkt vom Fischkutter geschenkt bekommen. Tausend Dank, waren echt super lecker. Fazit: Haus und Vermieter können wir bestens weiter empfehlen. Ein rundum schöner Familienurlaub. ##### Dirk-Ronald W. Man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Familie Vidra war bei der Anreise vor Ort, wir wurden in alle Details des Hauses eingewiesen und mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten vertraut gemacht. Wir erhielten Empfehlungen zum Thema Shopping, Restaurants und Strände in der Umgebung. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die angebotene Bootsfahrt (Delfintour) von Pula, die uns noch kurzfristig ermöglicht wurde. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ##### Björn K. Für ambitionierte Griller / Köche bestens geeignet .gute Frischemärkte in der Nähe wie Pula und rovinj . Sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinem Dorf . Großzügiges Grundstück . Einzigster Wehmutstropfen war für unseren Koch das keine Peka vorhanden war. 😅 . Das Haus selbst alles top aber für 6 Personen ausreichend mehr wird schon etwas knapp . Die Bootsfahrt ist zu empfehlen … es gab auch lecker Fisch . Vernieter sehr zuvorkommend und nett und die Kommunikation auch auf deutsch kein Problem . Gerne wieder 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ##### G. J. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Grill et plancha à gaz ou à charbon. Piscine bien entretenue et 2 terrasses magnifiques. La maison est très bien équipée et contient tout ce qui est nécessaire. Climatisation appréciable. Les contacts avec le propriétaire se sont très bien passés. Das Haus hat alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Leider sind die Geräte (Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fahrräder, Dartscheibe) nicht mehr die Neuesten und daher nicht komplett nutzbar. Der Garten, der Pool und die Terrassen waren wunderbar und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Die Delfin-Bootstour war ein absolutes Highlight in unserem Urlaub.
