Used all towels to stem the flow and was then upgraded to a goods room with a not so good view. More modern.”, less stinky, no drain issues. Enjoyed it- went to extend my stay 1 night and was told price was 175pounds? I paid 96$ for previous night thru Expedia Had to book a room 20m away, hire a car, and that was not good hospitality. They were kind, but maybe treated furry friends better than those with 2 legs and $/lbs!"

"The breakfast was fresh and good standard. Sausages were nice and a level above the usual catering tat you usually get at hotels. Staff were good and pleasant. The actual booking and stay was a SHAMBLES. The hotel had OVERBOOKED THEMSELVES. I had booked a room with a queen bed and the room was given to another customer before I got there. That’s completely wrong and disgusting. Also it’s very incompetent of a hotel to overbook themselves. I am not comfortable in a single bed, which is what I was given. I would think twice about staying here again after the utter mess up of this. I only booked a night and a large, comfortable bed and I didn’t have a comfortable night at all. The Holiday Inn would be where I’d choose to stay another time. "

"Great value for the price and the quality of surface you get. Cannot complain. The hall way at night does looks a bit like a haunted movie due to the way the motion sensor for the light works and the bluish emergency exit lighting."
