"Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area."

"Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you."
