Bathroom was also clean and bright. The kettle was very mouldy though which was a shame so couldn't use this. The car park is also very very small and compact and didn't seem as secure as expected as the barriers are left often."

"Lovely clean room, a few stains on the carpet, which was a shame, but overall a lovely stay and excellent spa. The highlight was the staff, who were friendly, helpful and professional. It seems the biggest complaint from people is the car park, which, according to the staff, is actually not owned by them but by the council, so it's nothing they can control the pricing of. Which, when the guy in front of me was complaining loudly to the reception staff about the price, seems not very fair."
