"Clean spacious room with good amenities and the individual designs are a great change from standard hotels where all rooms are the same. Staff were all great from check in and out, to breakfast and the mini tour on arrival was a nice touch ie being shown to room etc. We were also able to check in early which was a big help asxwe could go out for rest of day without breaking off to check in. Offer of fresh milk for drinks in the room is also a welcome gesture. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice for the cooked to order part. Parking is limited (we know this is common for York) but well managed and space maximised which is a bonus so near city centre. Would definitely stay again!"
