"We had a great stay, the flat had everything we needed for our work trip. Great wifi, quiet building, comfortable beds. Host was very professional, gave us free early check in and was able to store our bags in the flat for a few hours at check out. Will definitely come again because the price is much better than getting two hotel rooms."

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
