Tucked away at the rear of the Belmondo’s complex, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat enjoys a truly enviable waterfront position along Noosa Parade. With direct access to the sandy banks of Noosa Riverside, it’s the perfect setting for paddleboarding, kayaking, or casting a line from a small boat.  
  
Step outside and take a dip in the tropical shared pool, or relax in the shaded BBQ and entertaining area. Across the street, Quamby Place awaits with dining favourites Ricky’s and Rock Salt, while a leisurely 10-minute stroll along Noosa Parade leads you to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. Heading the other way, the Noosa River promenade at Gympie Terrace is equally close at hand.  
  
Inside, the apartment combines comfort with convenience. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two singles and a family bathroom with full bath and shower. All bedrooms include built-in robes and ceiling fans, with air-conditioning in the main living space for year-round comfort.
