The beach is stunning and the wildlife is incredible. Sunsets were something special! Very close to Brisbane and easy to get to. Very comfortable rooms with great views. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Not a huge range of dining options on Mondays and Tuesdays but we were only staying a couple of nights so that was ok. Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. The island resort is fantastic, with tours and activities for everyone. Feeding wild dolphins is incredible!
