"Keys didn’t work two nights when i arrived back late. Had to get reprogrammed and on first night, reprogrammed twice. Bathroom smelled like urine. Generally unkempt: bad ceiling patch, no lens on over the sink lights, shower rod holders against wall peeling metal. No cream or sugar if you wanted to prepare coffee in the room. Microfiber sheets not my idea of comfort but economical i guess. No ice machines in hallway for general use."

"Tv wasnt working at all, also wifi network was really slow to the point you cant use it at all, breakfast was always empty and some out of order like the juice machine, and waffle maker, talk to them at the front office but they werent able to fix the tv or to give me another room with a working tv, also gym all machines out of service"

"Breakfast was good, but unfortunately a lot of the experience fell short. Half of the equipment wasn’t even plugged in, and the pool was being filled in, so there was nowhere for the kids to play. Side doors were propped open, which made it feel unsafe since anyone could walk in. On top of that, employees were smoking right by one of the entrances, so my kids had to walk through the smoke just to get inside. Housekeeping was very disappointing. We stayed three nights and requested clean sheets and towels each morning, but they never came. We had to go to the front desk ourselves, only to witness an argument between staff, with the housekeeper eventually storming out. There were also kids in the room above us running and jumping late at night. We understand kids will be kids—we have our own—but it was midnight and woke up our 2-year-old. We had to call the front desk twice before anything was done. Overall, it wasn’t the worst place, but it’s definitely not somewhere we would choose to stay again."
