A great hotel, clean, spacious and with all the facilities for a comfortable overnight stay. Food was fresh and delicious with a good selection of choices too. Would recommend.
What really let the room down there was no curtain in the bedroom, only a white wooden blind which let in the early morning light and being woken at 8.30 am by the gardener strimming grass near our room, we left promptly with out breakfast! Otherwise it was a really lovely hotel and we enjoyed walking ...
Warm, friendly hotel with efficient staff, excellent meals and spacious room. Its position in the village was central so handy for all the facilities the village had to offer.
We had a lovely night away, was treated to a bottle of wine and had a absolutely amazing night! Breakfast was to die for. Only thing I could recommend is maybe something for younger adults to do in the evening such as pool table or fruit machines
Was a birthday surprise and could not have been a better place to head to for an evening. Great room and the restaurant is truly excellent. Would love to head back again.
Loved the old feel to the hotel, high ceilings and large guest rooms. Food was plentiful and tasty. Only small issue, was the heating, it was extremely hot in our room and we couldn't regulate the room temperature. Will definitely be staying again!
