This hotel is for chillers only. Just relax and forget all your worries. Fantastic food, great staff, top class facility. BUT; dont have a 2nd floor room when it's the hottest weekend of the year. Not that you'll know when you book but it was just too hot. No air conditioning just a small noisy fan so took the edge off the chill factor! However, its was a fantastic base to explore west Suffolk. Do try it.......

Novotel is a lovely hotel, Lovely & helpful staff, very clean and a nice feel, we will be coming back for sure fairly soon. More areas to visit. I would give this hotel 10\10 and we rarely give that score.... Mr & Mrs Reed....Thank you Novotel.

This clean shabby at the seems hotel is full of character and friendly staff.
Our breakfast was served by a very cheerful waiter and his assistant.
The leisure complex is delightful and I cannot praise enough the splendid pool assistant. Her smile and charm lit up the complex and after 14 years service surely deserves some kind of award.
However, can you please just smile if you work the reception desk, it costs nothing and makes the world of difference, even if through gritted teeth!
