"2nd time staying here. Had no TV working on both occasions. I was told that the complaints manager would contact me as the issue could not be rectified. But no contact has been made so far. It’s a nice hotel but it seems they have issues with there TVs"

"What a delightful place to stay for a short break in the Suffolk borders! Beautiful spacious rooms and first class restaurant food at dinner to complement the generous breakfast options. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised how good the value for money was and we belatedly realised this is part of the same group as another of our favourites, The Maltings in Weybourne.. We are already planning a return visit in the near future it was so delightful. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful."

"Box Cottage is an awkward shape but it works. Decent kitchen with comfortable dining and sitting rooms. Garden very pleasant when the weather cooperates. Upstairs is a bit more challenging with the back bedroom tight around the bed, but both beds are very comfortable. Good, central location in the village but a shame The Angel is now just a venue as The Crown can be slow and the food not terribly memorable. Village shop a real bonus."

"We cannot fault the cottage for those looking for peace and quiet in a lovely spot. Although along a narrow unmade up track this is easily negotiable and there is hardly any local traffic to contend with. The bedrooms are both lovely and the whole house is quite light inside and also warm. We managed to sit outside in the sun a few times despite the howling cold wind in late April. There are lots of lovely villages and gardens nearby to visit and really 2 weeks are needed to do the area justice."

"Yes equipment in the kitchen was good, a couple of baking trays would for the oven would of been helpful though."

"Had a lovely 5 night stay with my dog. The studio is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Great host. Boxford is a stunning village and the locals are so friendly. There is so much to do in the area, which is full of history and amazing architecture. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a nice stay at your little cottage. The Christmastree was a plus and the beds were very good. Not everything was clean in the kitchen and the seats in the living room has got their best time, not good for the back. It's a bit pricey ..."

"We had a really lovely stay in The Yurt — it had everything we needed and was so warm and cosy, even in November. The hot tub was brilliant, especially for a bit of star gazing in the evenings. The attention to detail throughout was fantastic, and we really appreciated the little touches — including the wagon to ferry our things from the car to The Yurt. All the information we needed was laid out clearly in a detailed booklet, which made everything really easy. Charlie was incredibly helpful and always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The location is great too, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. The Yurt itself was very spacious, beautifully furnished, with a super comfy bed and an amazing shower. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!"
