Room was very tired with only an electric portable heater for warmth which was needed. Unfortunately our room was situated above the entrance sliding door which kept going all night which gave for a terrible nights sleep. The reception staff were very rude and not engaging at all, so pleased it was for one night only. Would use again just because of price and would request not having the same room!!" How about don't charge for cold breakfast. Don't even offer it. And pay the extra money for better internet. I did speed tests that only gave me 1--4 Mbps... come on. This isn't dial up anymore. You can pay the extra $100 a month for better internet and recoup your expense by charging an extra 25 cents per room per day to cover this cost and some.
