She had her sleeves arojnd her hands drinking iced coffee and gave us a very brief intro and we had to work out a lot of things for ourselves and grt help from other staff how to use card keys. "Brilliant staff, fantastic food (we only ate here during our stay it was so good - be sure to stay for the Sunday roast, wonderful! And the house made crumpets were delish!), comfy beds, fun decor and the gym was one of the best we have ever used. A lovely non pretentious hotel which deserves 5 stars!"
