"Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper. "

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"Room was booked for 27/28 March. Got a called on the 24th to say the room was unavailable and they were cancelling my room. All alternative hotel prices weee now up 50%. Had to cancel 1 days stay in birmingham and footed a train alteration fee. Will NEVER book at the cube again! "
