"The hotel is in an ideal location with reasonably priced onsite parking. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a good price and had a good selection. For the price it was very good, I would defiantly recommend. "

"Our room was ready for check-in rm 122. The shut window let alot of noise in from busy road. Pillows arent the comfiest. The breakfast was good, nice selection, hot english breakfast and tasty crispy bacon. My night was disturbed at 1.30am-2.30am by noisy guests slamming door and arguing loudly so it disturbed my sleep and didnt then feel safe. The car park is £5 surcharge which should just be added to the hotel booking cost as where else does one park! Location is good, near to spa and decent restaurants."

"Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Tried to use spa facilities but were not able due to swimming lessons which we did not know were happening and did not expect from a hotel. The reception doors are locked after 11pm and we had to phone security to be let in. "
