Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurants offer a good range of food and drink and the wife particularly enjoys taking a dip in the indoor pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. "This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. "Amazing cosy cottage with lovely comfortable beds. Loved the Christmas decorations being up together with the additional chocolates and tea, coffee and milk.Directions were fantastic, great communication with Laura.A place we would definitely stay again."
