Hotel staff very attentive and helpful, the room was gorgeous with the most comfortable bed! Yes there is building work going on but didn't distract from our stay. "Clean well equiped appartment. Enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and the bar that looked out onto the lake.Loved the seating area/garden to sit out in the evening. Site is in a brilliant location for cycling routes (cycled on the lancaster canel tow path and along an off traffic route all the way into morcombe). Friendly helpful staff ."
