"Free buffet breakfast is good.Two of my friends had birthdays and I asked them if they could prepare a birthday cake.They did and with balloons.Our room with balcony has a view of Matterhorn ,it’s so beautiful.The staff are very friendly and helpful.We even had a dinner at their hotel."

"Close to station and various restaurants etc. Nice view. Fairly small room, which was fine for us as only stayed 1 night. Nice hot shower and proper hairdryer which I was grateful for! We hadn’t booked breakfast but they gave us a complimentary coffee and croissant as we left which was much appreciated "

"This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15\. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!"
