You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Perfectly located condo
Fully furnished with everything you need for a carefree stay. Close to all highways and shopping. Close by is a beach right on Tampa bay and 6 miles from the famous Clearwater, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi beaches. The HOA requires a background check for which guests pay $100 for each adult. This makes the community very secure. This is a quiet community with some young children but it is mostly adults. In the clubhouse you have access to Cable TV as well as a wifi network in addition to the WiFi access in the unit. There is also a pool table and several round tables and more kitchen space you can use for larger groups. Pool deck is fully furnished with lounge chairs and tables with thatched tiki-style umbrellas and several chairs. Laundry Machines are provided and you will receive a key card to access them when you check in. You can reload the key card as many times as you wish in the clubhouse.
