What a aweful stay, I Was attacked by one of the guest dog on the elevator who bit into my shoe, the woman in the wheelchair was horrible and cursed at us for no apparent reason and began yelling and screaming, too many people live here, too many dogs, dog poop in the parking lot guest are not cleaning after their dogs, three guest smoking weed in the guest area, a family of 7 never left the pool no one else could use the pool, our room was never cleaned, kids running up and down the hallway and knocked on my door three times, anyone off the street can walk onto the pool area and seating area a bum was sitting at the pool, someone was smoking on the elevator, it was just plain discussing and we should get a full refund. There was one woman who was disgusting and would not leave us alone the staff tried everything in their power to stay away from her and you could tell the gentlemen at the front desk morning staff could not stand her and I finally had to tell her to leave us alone. We were finally advised on Saturday that she and her husband finally checked out. I have stayed at over a hundred Holiday Inn and may never stay at one for the rest of my life.
