New and tidy rooms, friendly staff

Stayed for 1 night. Lovely room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and had booked two superior double sea view rooms. Friendly and professional reception staff for checking in, and more than helpful in informing us of times and whats where. Rooms were immaculate with ensuite shower/bath facilities, including touch sensitive bathroom mirror. Double bed sufficient for three with plenty of pillows and blankets in cupboard if needed. Great hotel for those thinking of staying in Canterbury. Only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Room was quiet, staff were very good. Ate in on all three evenings, and had some really nice food, even a carvery on one evening. Breakfast choices were also excellent.

The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel very welcomed.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Castle House. Very pleased with our room and the B&B's location. Would definitely recommend it.i If I would have any gripe - and it's just a small one - it is with the breakfast menu options eg basic breakfast cereals on offer , one type of milk, And the cooked breakfast was average.
