We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

Weather was great went to visit my grandchildren who live nearby pod was great could do with a good clean on outside and decking was abit wobbly would come again good price for what it was the bed really clean toilets and showers considering how many people on site

We had a great stay at Moore House. The only downside was that the top floor got quite hot, but apart from that everything was excellent. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again. Overall, a 5-star experience!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay and will be recommending to anyone who is thinking of a trip to St Leonard’s. The bnb is decorated beautifully - the level of attention to detail is superb all of which is curated outstandingly. The service was excellent and our host was super helpful with local information. Our room and all amenities provided were of an excellent standard which ensured that our stay was wonderful.

The Bay Lodge was exactly what I hoped for - very reasonably priced, no frills accommodation, a friendly family-oriented atmosphere, (being a small concern allows for a much more personalised service), and good quality breakfast with more than adequate options available - all in all the perfect launchpad for my week in Eastbourne. A little dubious at first, hidden away behind a bar but couldn't have been more wrong. Met by Gemma who was very attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Actually this was true for all of the staff, all very friendly and attentive, The bar itself also great decorated and furnished to a high standard and very clean and tidy. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very attentive from the minute we arrived to when we left and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and really clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. We will definitely visit again and this would be the only place we would stay in Eastbourne.

This guesthouse was perfect in every way. The single room was a little on the small side, but I expected that, and it was immaculate. By which, I mean spotless and without fault. Keith, who welcomed me to the A&V was the perfect host, and when I had to be up earlier than normal for Eastbourne Extreme I was attending, he cooked breakfast earlier so I wouldn't miss out. I chose to stay here for two nights while I was visiting Glyndebourne. Carol and Ceri were so friendly and welcoming. They took such good care of me and made sure that I wanted for nothing. The room I was given was large and extremely comfortable with a private bathroom that overlooked the beautiful garden. Breakfast was always delicious and served in the conservatory. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We loved the cleanliness of the property. The room was superb and clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

Lovely one night stay whilst visiting for the tennis. Room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. Good WiFi. Great breakfast. Very pretty front garden with colourful flowers and B&B had been themed with tennis balls especially for the event. Being a bit further out means more walking but easily doable and it meant parking on local streets was free. Would visit again.

Away from normal life.beautiful country sides. Lovely views. Property is amazing ,log fire and flume.fully equipped. Kitchen is good .no frifge but cold bix outside .which had pint a milk in it on arrival. No electric plug sockets .unable to dry my hair . Owner leabes a charher to conct your phones. Comfortable cosy ..no tv . Has radio . Close to ruw its self. Very romantic .

Probably the most quirky place I have stayed, ( except Frog Manor in Cheshire which I think is now closed ) fab relaxed atmosphere, great English wines, the staff are very helpful 👍

Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience.
