Historic Hastings Old Town with its bespoke shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is a fifteen-minute walk away. Nearby are fantastic country amenities and parks such as Hastings Country Park, St Leonard’s Gardens, and Alexandra Park. The seafront is a two-minute walk from the property and is great for swimming, boarding, sailing or just walking beside. The De La Warr Pavilion is just up the road. The space The house is a wonderful mix of wonderful original features married with contemporary design. Guest access Guests will have access the the entire property. Additional rules Please ensure that Velux windows in the top room are closed each time you leave the house. Strictly no smoking. Lost keys will be charged at £50 to replace. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
