The Crown Manor House Hotel

The Crown Manor House Hotel

8/10 Good
"Great location. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful. Breakfast was nice. There’s a nice garden to relax with a drink or a bite to eat after a long day exploring the area. The only downside was the air conditioning had broken down but every room was supplied with a fan so it wasn’t a massive issue and the hotel was doing their best to fix it We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again"

"Really enjoyable stay at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. A special thank you for allowing my decorator early access to prepare the room for my wife’s birthday surprise, as well as kindly storing her birthday cake in the fridge until it was needed — those little touches were really appreciated. The outdoor pool was lovely, but the highlight has to be the location — being so close to Bournemouth beach was fantastic. Overall, a great stay and a memorable birthday trip!"

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. Was a little hot but we brought a fan with us so was fine. The pool facilities were clean, pool was quite small but was okay for us. We had a spa day booked while we were staying which was very nice. The facilities were all really clean and the spa staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception and bar staff were helpful. The bar and restaurant area were lovely as well as the garden. We had lunch included in the spa day which was lovely. The prices for the restaurant were quite expensive but the food was nice. Overall we would really recommend this hotel and would stay again☺️"

"Staff very helpful. Room bright and airy but was not serviced. I had to ask and it was unfortunately thrown together at the last minute. Breakfast was ok, bar area was clean and tidy. Shame no chef for the evening dinner. The hotel suited us well but it’s looking tired."
