"Good arrival experience, nice little touches such as the complementary teas and coffees. Would have been nice to have a little milk available too. Fantastic location. Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. I appreciate this is not specifically the issue of the property owners, however, by leaving this message perhaps they can put...
