Great stay on the seaside
We had a brilliant time at this apartment. The location is truly magical and it was great to open the windows and listen to the sea and birds singing. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well thought out so we had a comfortable stay. The welcome basket was truly appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning to stay in/around St Ives or in West Cornwall in general. Major sights like the Minack Theater, Land's End, Penzance are all within a short drive. We really wish we could have stay longer! Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to return soon.

Wonderful Break
We had a wonderful few days in your beautiful apartment. Warm and welcoming, beautifully laid out, very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Stunning views of Carbis Bay. Thank you for the welcome goodies and Christmas decorations too. Looking forward to staying again one day.

Fantastic flat in a stunning location
Lovely large flat, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was great eight minute walk to the stunning beach and 3 minute walk to the train station which went to st Ives, we could of walked to St Ives about 30 minutes on the coastal walk but the weather had been wet so might have been muddy. Everything in the flat you need. We would return

Seaview Apartment Carbis Bay
We found Seaview to be a bright and comfortable 'home from home'. The apartment is of a high standard and in a superb location, especially as we were guests at a wedding at the Carbis Bay Hotel. Also being so close to the Railway station allowed us to visit St Ives without the hassle of parking Claire and Ashley obviously go to a lot of trouble to make everyone's visit memorable. As guests we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay It was a nice touch to receive a welcome pack which included wine, scones clotted cream and jam. We hope to return to Carbis Bay and would definitely recommend Seaview Apartment.

Carbis Bay Wedding
The property was difficult to find we found apartment 1-9 but could not find 14 after asking around we were directed, I probably did not research the directions exhaustively enough. The apartment was perfect for me and my son, we went to a wedding at the Carbis Bay Hotel, very near, and enjoyed a walk into St Ives and the train back to our doorstep, views lovely apartment spacious and spotless with everything we could possibly need.

Absolutley perfect..
We had good directions to the property. The property was in a beautiful place overlooking the bay. Very clean, lovely decor and everything that you needed. Seaview was in the perfect location easy train ride 5 mins to St Ives so didn't need the car.. Short walk to the sea. We had a welcome basket on arrival which was so nice and milk for a much needed cuppa after a long journey. We were very pleased with everything and will definatley book again when returning to Cornwall..

Perfect apartment with lovely views in a great location.
Seaview is a really lovely apartment in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Decoratively it is extremely well done in relaxing neutral tones and the apartment was immaculately clean. We found the beds and sofas very comfortable and the well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms were a joy. The hosts were exceptionally good with communications and the booking process was very straightforward. We loved sitting out on the balcony and looking out over Carbis Bay with the added bonus of having sea views from both bedrooms too. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back soon!

Just wonderful in every way
We had a wonderful holiday thank you!! The owners directions are spot on!! Found the apartment no problem. The sea-views all around us upon arrival, breathtaking! The apartment is stunning!! Even better than the pictures, the best we have ever stayed in. The welcome goodies were greatly appreciated after 6 hours in the car, milk in the fridge & some much needed coffee with a delicious scone, jam & clotted cream, delightful!! All of our faces lit up when we walked into the apartment, a home from home… we really enjoyed the games in the cupboard & our boys enjoyed the buckets & spades, boogie board in the outside shed… all these things go a long way & not something the owners have to do. The beds & bedding all extremely comfy, sofas are amazing!! So comfortable to sit in. The oven is brilliant to cook in. We only used the washing machine once, but great to have there to use. You really do have everything & more that you need, I loved the shell trinket dish to keep my jewellery in in the bedroom!! Waking up to that sea view in the bedroom instantly puts a smile on your face and you have in every room. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. The owners have thought of all those little extras that you usually do not get when self catering. Thank you for letting us stay & we will most definitely be back… Carbis Bay is quiet and peaceful, if you want more lively you have the train on your doorstep, it’s just a gem of a place :)

A bit of heaven in Carbis Bay
We loved the spaciousness in the property, and having an ensuite as well as a bathroom meant 2 toilets. The balcony was a bonus, in fact, we didn't expect one. The kitchen was fitted to a very good standard, and the dishwasher was definately a big plus ! We had a glimpse of the beach from the balcony, and a view of a beach further up from us from the bedrooms. We were very close to the railway line, taking us in one direction to St Ives every half hour and as far as St. Erth in the other. Hayle, Lelant and Penzance were also close by. Lovely eateries were close by, however, booking in advance essential in a busy month. I think the only disadvantage was nowhere to dry washing outdoors and the keysafe wasn't particularly user friendly. Property was to a high standard of decor & cleanliness and we had a welcome basket of Cornish food & a bottle of wine, together with a welcome card ! Would highly recommend a stay.

As the apartments management committee dont allow hanging of clothes over the balcony, there is a heated clothes airer in the hall cupboard that you can plug in - we will make this clearer in the welcome pack. Carbis Bay Holiday
We found the apartment clean, functional, with plenty of large windows making it a very bright space. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining table by the window was ideal for family meals. The board games, books and leaflets in the cupboard were really useful. And thank you for the welcome hamper with scones, jam, cream, pint of milk, chocolates and bottle of wine. A few minor niggles, the broken key lock in the cupboard on arrival and only one key to the property. No bins in either bathroom. Door on dishwasher tablet compartment was broken. The heated towel rail didn’t work. The duvet protector was rather noisy. As was one of neighbours with loud music and banging. Overall it was an ideal location to walk down to Carbis bay and along the cliff edge. The nearby popular fish and chip shop was also very welcome. Overall a comfortable stay had by the family as a base to explore Cornwall.

Amazing
This property was one of the best we have stayed in it was stunning. Our grandson who came with us reluctantly got out of the car seen our apartment and where it was situated and is first words were it’s amazing he was so happy so was our 6 year old granddaughter. Unfortunately I broke my ankle on the second day so ended up staying in the apartment for the rest of the week. Good job the apartment had a balcony so I could sit out in the afternoons. My husband and grandchildren had the best time they could. Thank you for our gift on arrival it was lovely. I will definitely be back next year.

Lovely apartment disappointed not to have been warned about builders yard in front
The apartment itself is fabulous. Absolutely spotless and beautifully furnished. Probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. I had a problem with the Wi-Fi on one day and the owner was very responsive and worked hard and swiftly to resolve it with regular updates. We received a lovely welcome pack which was also really appreciated. I feel for the owners and there was an apology in the information pack however I feel we should have been warned that there was a temporary builders yard right in front of the car park full of building materials, some blocking the view and throughout the days including Saturday continual movement of these materials with the sound of an individual loader and the frequent bleep bleep bleep when reversing. This did not match the view advertised. It is beyond there control and I feel for them but I feel it was not fair not to be warned of this when you are paying a premium rate for the view. Without this situation I would not hesitate to book again but I am disappointed not to have been warned.

The building work is now coming to an end as the duplex apartments on the adjacent property are now nearing completion - the builders advise they will be completed by xmas this year (2022). It has been a real dilema for us whether to inform guests before they arrive, as 95% of the time the works have not caused an issue for guests, as evidenced by the great reviews we have received all year. The works started at the end of last year and not knowing whether this would impact guests we decided not to advise guests prior, but if it became an issue we would were going to inform everyone, but as you can see from the reviews this wasnt the case. Im really sorry that during the 3 or 4 days you were there that you had a different experience and that your views from the living area were compromised. I hope that this didnt spoil your overall stay and that you had a lovely time. Once again please accept my apologies and i hope, as you experienced with the wifi being sorted quickly, that we always do our best to give our guests the best possible experience. Best wishes Ash

Cozy and convenient
The property is located just next to the train station, which is a convenient, fast and affordable way into St Ives. Carbis Bay beach is nice but there's not much else to the town. The property is very tidy and comfortable, with a very thoughtful gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with basics (no oil or salt, for example) and we've come to expect some basic shower items (no bath soap/shampoo) but it was otherwise a great find and worked well for our purposes! Very quick and helpful communication with the hosts!

This is the second time in 12 months we have visited this property. A lovely welcome pack is waiting for you on arrival. Scones, jam and cream. Cornish short bread . Chocolates and a bottle of wine. An excellent touch much appreciated. The apartment is very clean and very modern. All appliances are new. We had a great stay again this time we managed some good walks ( last time storms) the property is in a great location overlooking Carbis bay and hayle beaches. Home from home
Home from home, but with better views. Always slightly anxious, as you hear so many bad reviews. But I have nothing but praise for this apartment. Just in the right place. Close to the beach, and the train station, for access to St Ives. But far enough away to miss out on the crowds and noise. The apartment Is bright and airy, all decorated to the highest spec (we want your kitchen 😀), and we loved it. Can’t recommend enough.

Just perfect
We have just returned from the most amazing week at this property. Everything was perfect and beautifully clean. The added bonus of a washing machine and electric dryer was a god send as my 2 boys loved the sea and I didn't bring 7 pairs of swimwear! So being able to pop a quick wash on and have the ability to dry their clothes was great. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and if we decide to return to this part of Cornwall again there is no doubt that we would rebook here. The walk into St Ives takes about 20 minutes or you can take the train which leaves a couple of times an hour and takes about 3 minutes for £1. Carbis bay beach is at the bottom of the hill and is beautiful. Perfect for families as the sand is soft and the water is clear. There's nothing not to like. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

Cornish Beach Perfect
With a 5 minute downhill walk to Carbis Bay beach, which in itself is magnificent, the location of the apartment could not be better. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. All appliances are in “as new” condition. The only warning would be that there is only a freezer box in the fridge and we had to return the frozen items on our tesco delivery. Would definately return for another visit. Contacted the owners Ash and Clare once and received an immediate response. Great service also from Clares parents who we were fortunate enough to meet, who between them clean the apartment brilliantly, thankyou. Finally, we have never received such a fantastic welcome pack and card, really appreciated it, thankyou.

Wow, take me back already!
What an amazing stay. The views are exceptional, the peace and quiet is lovely, the comfort was exceptional. Everything has been thought of to make the stay very comfortable. The welcome hamper was so appreciated too. We can't wait to come back again! Not stopped talking about how much we loved our stay. Not to mention having the beach to ourselves every evening. Amazing Location
I cannot fault any part of our holiday here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sitting on the balcony listening to the sea and admiring the view was my favourite thing to do at the apartment. The location was perfect; right on top of the train station (not that you would know) and a very short, scenic train journey to St. Ives. Beautiful Carbis Bay beach was a very short walk down-hill. We loved it and have booked to stay again next year!

Lovely flat and location
We were not disappointed as soon as we arrived , such a lovely flat and also was grateful for the welcome package . The views were amazing . Felt really at home Easy access to station only negative was it was a bit of a walk up hill to get to a shop but good exercise all the same. Would definitely recommend this accommodation glad we booked it

A fabulous apartment in a great location. Claire and Ashley are always so helpful and friendly and the apartment was immaculate as always. Really appreciated the welcome pack despite only being there for a few days. Thank you for another lovely relaxing break. Hope to be back soon.

A wonderful apartment.
Just spent 3 wonderful days at this apartment. Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and the best mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Fabulous area ,and accommodation.
Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean with everything you could possibly want . The situation was brilliant with a train station 2 minutes walk away ,making visits into st,. Ives an apserlute pleasure . A beach on your door step and cliff top walks left and right . We had a brilliant holiday .

Great stay
We had a fantastic stay in Ashley and Claire's apartment. It was so comfortable and warm and spotlessly clean. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach at Carbis Bay and one stop on the train to St Ives. Can highly recommend!!

Excellent accommodation. Great location. Very clean and welcoming. All modern appliances. Also a lovely touch from the owners was a very nice welcoming pack and card which we very much enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again. Many thanks to Claire and Ashley

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Everything is top of the range including the welcome pack. Easy to get to St Ives as it is a nice walk or the train as the station is just 2 mins away. The Carbis bay hotel is just 10 mins away if you want a luxurious drink Already looking for dates for our next stay

Excellent stay
The property was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The pictures are exactly as the rooms are in the property and the views over the stunning bay are lovely.The apartment has everything you need and is in a fantastic position. The station is literally only a minute walk so it’s easy to pop into St. Ives for a meal in one of their many nice restaurants. It is really well situated to explore Cornwall and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you also for the thoughtful food basket that you left for our arrival.
