"The listing shows multiple beds in one room. The room had a pull out couch bed and all other beds were mattresses stored in garage and basement areas. We were very cramped with 7 guys trying to sleep. Photos appeared to be a much newer place."

"The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks...

"St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. We really appreciated that extra touch of attention. The property has plenty of parking. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Louis."
