The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone.

Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but the bed was comfortable with nice linens throughout the room. The F&B staff was in the weeds with very little business and in the jungle when it got busy. Service was beyond slow! Bus service was great to the concert, but the food truck was awful with cold chicken tacos! It wasn't worth the hassle to complain, so we threw them away. If you are hungry after 11 don't plan on finding anything to eat unless you order out. Concert venue was great! Bus ride from the hotel was great and the reason we stayed at the hotel!

Older hotel with minimum maintenance. It was clean but needed updates.

Nice quiet room. Don't get there after 8 or you'll have a problem getting in and registered. The doors are locked and no phone number to call for help. Luck for us , there were quests going in. No phone number to call the front desk either.
