"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"A really lovely hotel with an easy check in and friendly staff. However, for the price i would expect better service at breakfast time. The Saturday morning was ok although the server didn’t explain there was also a cold buffet available and to help yourself to juice and water. The Sunday morning was not so good. "The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Great Stay
"This was my first time staying at an airport hotel and I am so glad I stayed here the night before my flight! It was easy to reach from London via the Elizabeth line. Follow the signs to the hotel once you get off the train (fair warning it is about a 10 minute walk). My room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep. If you need a meal and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. you can get a cheaper meal at the M&S Foods located in Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is about a 5 minute walk. Great when my flight was at 8:30AM! "
