"I recently stayed at London Armouries and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind from the moment we arrived. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. Water was delivered promptly upon request, which I appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and our server was willing to accommodate any changes we wanted in our breakfast, which made the meal even more enjoyable. We also used valet parking and the parking concierge were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We had business outside the hotel, so we did not use the other facilities inside the hotel. However, the location is ideal since it is in downtown London. There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily return."

"The room was nice and clean, although it showed many signs of wear/ age. The pool is not as it shows on the pictures at all. The hot tub was not working, the waterfall shown in the pictures was not working, and the pool was barely warm. We got the hotel breakfast which we had to wait a very long time for, and the waiter was very unwelcoming. "
