"The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. It was clean and well appointed and the management were friendly and helpful. However the only downside was that the wi-fi could not connect and we could not use our phones or tablets. We told management and they gave us alternatives, however, none of them worked. While it's not a huge issue, but rather inconvenient as there were a couple of things i needed to attend to, which i was not able to do."

"Customer Service was excellent. I had to make last minute changes to my reservation and they were accommodating. Also, they made my after hours check in super easy. Beds were super comfortable, and my room was clean and quiet. I was on the 3rd floor. "
