After staying here last year and being very impressed was glad that this stay was just as good. Friendly staff, great location and well-maintained rooms. Cleaning was to a high standard. Would definitely stay here if in Toronto again.

This hotel is amazing! Concierge are very helpful and informative. Room 4 was very large, beautifully decorated with a balcony over looking the courtyard. Lovely bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and heated floor. Three types of scented bath salts are available for your bathing pleasure! We had beautiful lake view rooms, the dinner in The Roseau was excellent & the kayak/ canoeing on Lake Joseph was truly amazing- we will be visiting again .

Really friendly and well presented business/ traveller hotel. Supremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond to personalize the experience and create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities good, food good, bed comfortable, what’s not to like!

Perfect stay

From airport to reception by direct train link you are never outside , great especially in bad weather. Perfect location to see sights and only 4 minutes walk from boardwalk to get lake breeze in hot weather. Surrounded by great cafe shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and in good condition. Very close to major attractions, station, harbour and tram stop right outside takes you anywhere else.

Easy to find and in immaculate condition (I believe it was refurbished around 2022). From the moment we met the receptionist we knew this was going to be a good stay. The room was very spacious. We used the equipment in the gym, and had dinner at the comedy store in the basement which made a change. The food we pf a high standard. We also enjoyed Brunch which was again of a very high standard.

Absolutely loved this place! Everything from the food, the spa, the staff, the comfy beds was wonderful. I will 100% return.
